1. राज्य में 16,045 आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की कमी थी; 2015-16 से 2022-23 तक शून्य से छह वर्ष के बच्चों का औसत नामांकन 40.34 लाख रहा, जबकि जनगणना 2011 में ऐसे बच्चे 77.77 लाख थे।

2. 53,029 आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में से 8,452 जर्जर भवनों में, 3,381 अस्थायी ढाँचों में और 30 खुले स्थानों में चल रहे थे। एक भी केंद्र प्रति 30 बच्चों पर 600 वर्ग फुट की अनिवार्य शर्त पूरी नहीं करता था।

3. 3.27 लाख मीट्रिक टन खाद्यान्न की कमी के विरुद्ध राज्य ने खुले बाज़ार से केवल 1.10 लाख मीट्रिक टन (34 प्रतिशत) खरीदा, जिससे 2015-23 में पूरक पोषण अपने आवंटन से 2.17 लाख मीट्रिक टन पीछे रहा।

   “Against the total shortfall of 3.27 lakh MT of foodgrains, the GoG procured only 1.10 lakh MT (34 per cent) from the open market. This resulted in the implementation of SNP with a shortage of 2.17 lakh MT of foodgrains against the allocation during 2015-23.”Chapter II

4. मार्च 2023 तक योजना के ₹242.39 करोड़ अनुदान जिला व तालुका अधिकारियों के व्यक्तिगत लेखा खातों में अव्ययित पड़े थे, और 2015-19 में रोके गए ₹69.73 करोड़ को केंद्र को व्यय दिखाया गया। बाल विकास परियोजना अधिकारी के 56.70 प्रतिशत पद रिक्त थे।
