1. राज्य की 661 से 702 लाख मानव-दिवस की माँग के विरुद्ध मंत्रालय ने 2019-24 में केवल 325 से 430 लाख स्वीकृत किए — हर वर्ष 47 से 65 प्रतिशत की कमी।

   “As against the 661 lakh to 702 lakh person days (PD), the Ministry accorded sanction for only 325 lakh to 430 lakh PDs during 2019-24. The sanctioned labour budget fell short ranging from 47 per cent to 65 per cent of the State's demand during 2019-24.”Overview

2. उन घटी हुई स्वीकृतियों के मुक़ाबले भी केंद्र ने 2020-21 को छोड़कर हर वर्ष कम धन जारी किया, दो से 24 प्रतिशत तक कम; राज्य ने अपना अंश पूरा और कभी-कभी अग्रिम जारी किया।

   “Release of lesser funds as against the sanctions, varied from two per cent to 24 per cent during the period from 2019-20 to 2023-24. There was no short release of the State's share and the State Government even released advance funds in some years.”Overview

3. ₹11.87 करोड़ प्रशासनिक निधि भविष्य निधि अंशदान में देरी पर हर्जाने और ब्याज में खर्च हुई — जिसे लेखापरीक्षा परिहार्य व्यय बताती है।

   “Furthermore, administrative funds to the tune of ₹ 11.87 crore were used for payment of damages and interest on delayed payment of EPF contributions, which was avoidable.”Overview

4. मार्च 2024 तक मिशन की शुरुआत में तय लक्ष्य के मुक़ाबले 79 प्रतिशत ग्रामीण परिवारों के पास कार्यात्मक नल कनेक्शन था; 2019-24 में जल-जनित रोग, विशेषकर आंत्रशोथ और मियादी बुख़ार, ऊँचे बने रहे।

   “As of March 2024, 79 per cent of rural households had been provided with FHTCs in the State against the target set at the inception of JJM... Despite the expansion of the piped water supply, population affected by water borne diseases in the State specially in gastroenteritis and enteric fever remained high during 2019-24.”Overview
