Audit India is a public-interest reference. You may read, quote, and share anything on it. When you quote a figure, quote its source too — the source is always named beside the figure, and it is the source's figure, not ours.
Reuse of data
Compilations on this site (directory listings, tables, extracts) may be reused for journalism, research, and education with attribution to Audit India and to the primary source. The underlying public records (CAG reports, ECI affidavits, PIB releases) belong to their publishers and carry their own terms.
No advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or electoral advice. Figures from election affidavits are declarations by candidates, reproduced as filed — see the Disclaimer.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep every figure matched to its cited source, and we correct errors when reported (Corrections). The site is offered as is, without warranty, and may change or be unavailable at any time.
